Kirklees Employment Service offers support to individuals who are on the autistic spectrum (ASD), for example Autism or Asperger’s, or live with ADHD, in addition to any mental ill health. We do not believe in a ‘One Size Fits All’ approach and therefore we work with individuals to create a support plan that is tailored to their own needs and preferences. We have a range of office spaces that we can meet in and can also take into account any sensory barriers that individuals may have and make adaptations around this. We always see the value of the individual and therefore will work closely with you to ensure that employers/training providers also see the amazing skills that can be brought into their service by the individual.
