Kirklees Better Outcomes Partnership (KBOP) are a partnership of social sector organisations, commissioned by Kirklees Council to support people in the community who face an increased risk of homelessness as a result of their support needs. NECA
NECA is a free gambling harms support service operating across Yorkshire and the Humber.
We support:
• People experiencing gambling-related harm
• Family members, partners and friends affected by somebody else’s gambling
We offer:
• Free 1-to-1 support (typically 6–12 sessions)
• Telephone, Teams and face-to-face appointments
• Online support groups
Referrals can be made by the individual themselves or by another person on their behalf via:

We also provide free Gambling Harms Awareness Training and a Gambling Harms Champions Programme for organisations looking to improve awareness and support people experience gambling issues. Our training is delivered on Microsoft Teams, both courses last around two hours. If you or any of your team are interested, please contact us.
The service is for adults, 18+ although we do deliver educational workshops to younger people in schools and colleges as part of our Empowering Youth programme.
