Originally trained as a musician and a Primary School Teacher, I joined the Employment Service in 2017. In 2019 I left to get some experience of working in a Vets but soon came back in 2021. After a small secondment to manage one our 24hr Housing Services I am now fully back doing what I love - supporting people to realise and achieve their potential!

I have been with Richmond Fellowship for 10 years! Originally, I worked in the floating support service but have come across to the employment service in 2019. The thing I most enjoy is seeing people increase their confidence and self-belief!

I have carried out various roles before coming to the Richmond Fellowship, including, the armed services,
administration roles within the construction sector, jointly running a steel fabrication company and being a production manager for a tool manufacturer.
I hope this experience will help me to support people who need to use our service, and I look forward to working with our customers.
