I have been with Richmond Fellowship for 10 years! Originally, I worked in the floating support service but have come across to the employment service in 2019. The thing I most enjoy is seeing people increase their confidence and self-belief!

I have carried out various roles before coming to the Richmond Fellowship, including, the armed services,
administration roles within the construction sector, jointly running a steel fabrication company and being a production manager for a tool manufacturer.
I hope this experience will help me to support people who need to use our service, and I look forward to working with our customers.

I started my career in media production, and went on to have diverse experience as a project manager across the NHS and private sector. Having had my own challenges with employment following hearing loss, I joined Waythrough in 2025 to use my counselling and organisational skills to help others find their mojo and get back on track.
