I’m Steven Blinston and I’m the Service Manager for Richmond Fellowship’s Kirklees Specialist Employment Support service. I’ve worked for Richmond Fellowship for six years, I feel so lucky to work with a team of highly skilled, kind and compassionate people. Supporting people to progress and reach their goals is what I love about my job.
Karl Jackson-Lander / Peer Support Coordinator
My name is Karl Jackson-Lander and am the Peer Support Coordinator for Kirklees Employment Service. I thoroughly enjoy my role and job as it provides me with the opportunity to meet new and amazing people that either attend workshops or groups or those that give up their time to volunteer for us. I am passionate about supporting people on their recovery journey and promoting the importance of mental health.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, reading and watching my favourite science fiction series and films
Hannah Pennington / Employment Adviser
Originally trained as a Musician and Teacher, I have worked with the employment service from 2017 – 2019 and then took some time out to work in a vets! In 2021 I came back to the employment service as an adviser, but also took a small secondment to manage one of our 24hr Housing Service. I’m now fully back doing what I love which is supporting people to realise and achieve their potential as they work towards their goals.

My name is Ziona and I have worked for Richmond Fellowship for 10 years, first as a Support Worker and now as an Employment Advisor. I have been part of the employment team for 2 years. I am interested in supporting people improve their wellbeing and reach goals by completing activities, workshops, voluntary and paid work.
